IT Support and Management

We design, build and maintain IT and communication systems. Where we differ from most companies offering ICT services, is that we bring experience of managing real business operations to understand the problems that you are trying to solve. We then apply a whole toolbox of technology solutions if, and only if, they help to solve the problem.

Data Conversion
As part of our work on application products like Plus! for Schools and Plus! for Site we have developed extensive skills in data manipulation and data conversion covering Word, Excel, Access, SQL databases and XML technologies. If you have data in one form, but need it converted into another then we can probably save you hours of manual re-keying with better accuracy than struggling on alone. Naturally we operate under strict controls to respect confidentiality of your information.
IT Rescue
Sometimes computers don't do what you expect. Sometimes they don't do anything at all. Although we advocate a pro-active approach to keeping your computer systems ahead of your needs and your data safe, we can usually salvage something out of a computing crisis either remotely or on site in the Surrey area.
